If you're interested to study more about British baked goods and their storied histories rather than how to make them, look out for seminar events in our calendar and online shop. At seminar events you will hear all about a particular theme, get to taste related bakes for yourself and ask questions you may have. Attend special seminars on a variety of subjects such as ‘the Bramley apple’, ‘What is pudding?’, ‘Easter, past and present’ and ‘Valentine’s in the UK’.
